О прозрачности и доступе к документации и архивам учреждений ЕС

В июле 2012 я рассказал о глобальном семинаре Института Европейского университета во Флоренции, который планировалось провести 25 января 2013 на тему «Прозрачность и доступ к документации и архивам учреждений ЕС».

Тогда же приглашались докладчики о практическом опыте в реализации принципов, регулирующих доступ к документации и архивам. В этой связи представлялось целесообразным обсуждение вопроса о степени и целях прозрачности и политики обеспечения сохранности, проводимым на европейском и национальном уровнях – такие, как увеличение демократической подотчетности и легитимности.
